All Points West Mid-Atlantic Pot Still Rye
97 POINTS, DOUBLE GOLD, BEST OF CLASS
A true corn-free Mid-Atlantic Rye.
Starting with distiller Wilhelm Hendriksen in 1640 on the Kill Van Kull which connects Newark’s & New York’s bays, until 1972 when the last rye distillery closed in Maryland and 1989 when the last rye distillery closed in Pennsylvania, Mid-Atlantic Rye was America’s true small grain whiskey. Later when the Mid-Atlantic Rye brands were reintroduced by Kentucky distilleries the Kentucky distillers used their bourbon know-how to create the high corn Kentucky Style Rye we know today. Reviving tradition, All Points West Distillery recreates and distills an authentic, small grain, corn-free, Mid-Atlantic Rye.
Following the recommendations of Irving Hirsch, who in the 1930’s out of his office on Frelinghuysen Ave in Newark NJ reinvented post-Prohibition distillation, our rye is distilled from: Rye, Barley, and a mix of malted grains.
Made at All Points West Distillery from grain to bottle.

Kill Van Kull
Single Pot Still Rum
Home of North America’s first rum distillery, Kill Van Kull is the narrow waterway connecting New York and Newark bays. Starting in 1664, the rum distilled on Kill Van Kull used an early type of molasses made before the invention of industrial centrifuges. This molasses had more sugar, and more plant matter ‘scummings’, resulting in more flavor. As sugar making techniques grew more industrial the available molasses decreased in quality. All Points West Kill Van Kull Single Pot Still Rum recreates a richer molasses and makes the most flavorful rum distilled in the Mid-Atlantic today.
Distilled from original fermentation and aged under one roof in Newark, NJ.
“Creamy and warm on the palate and a long, rich finish.” “Very inviting and complex, delicious.”

Bone Black Vodka
A rich flavorful vodka inspired by the Dutch Wheat Vodka tradition but with a cleaner and more pleasing finish. American craft vodka has too often copied the French, aspiring to a clean finish only to achieved bland neutrality. By starting with a highly flavorful base wheat spirit and by filtering for 4 days through a proprietary and flavor shaping blend of bone and plant charcoals, Bone Black Vodka achieves a superbly clean finish while remaining flavorful and aromatic.
Available at 80 proof for approachability and easy substitution in cocktail recipes; and at 104 proof for maximum viscosity and for cocktails requiring a longer dilution.
Bone Black Black Pepper Vodka
A flavored vodka distilled with cracked black pepper in 150 gallon pot stills. Before distillation we prepare the base spirt by slowly filtering it through high grade ‘dry distilled’ bone charcoal.
“Nicely balanced across the palate with a short and cleansing finish.”
GOLD MEDAL - FALL 2021 John Barleycorn Awards
“Lots of black peppercorn on the nose. Palate is spicy and finishes clean.”
