Pink Pepper Bees Knees

2oz CATHOUSE PINK PEPPER GIN
¾oz lemon
¾oz honey or honey syrup or agave syrup
If using honey: stir three ingredients in shaker until honey is resolved, then add ice and shake; strain into serving glass.
If using honey syrup or agave syrup: shake three ingredients with ice; strain into serving glass.

Shake with ice; strain into serving glass over fresh ice; top off with soda water; garnish with lemon wheel, add straw.
