Pink Pepper Tom Collins

 


1 ½oz CATHOUSE PINK PEPPER GIN

¾oz lemon juice

¾oz ginger syrup or simple syrup

soda water

 

Shake with ice;

strain into serving glass over fresh ice;

top off with soda water;

garnish with lemon wheel, add straw.
